I thought it should be time I wrote about my favourite body moisturiser. One that I keep coming back to time and time again. And on a day like this when the weather is rather miserable and wet, despite it should be summer time, a perfect pick me up.

Yep, Citrus and the essential oil type / real smell of citrus ( not the fake perfume types ). It leaves you feeling so refreshed and relaxed and the bedroom ( or which ever room you apply it ) smells of it for a few hours after too.
The other reasons why I am hooked on it, it that it leaves your body feeling so smoothed, silky and hydrated all day ( and it has no parabans!! ). It is easily absorbed into the skin, and not greasy or sticky so makes dressing afterwards quick and easy.
I smoother this all over, and although you don't need a lot for it to go a long way, I do like to bathe myself in it still. Biotherm actually call this " The Milk Ritual " and you can see why from the texture of the product.
